Standard shipping charges apply to the continental US and are determined by the total value of the order.
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, will be shipped USPS mail and will be charged an additional $20.00 up charge. For deliveries outside of the US, you will be charged a $20.00 shipping fee. International orders will take longer and you will need to email us before placing your order for shipping fees and time frame for your product to arrive. All US packages 16+ ounces will be shipped by UPS.

Please keep in mind that your order may take longer if you are having it personalized. We will usually ship orders within 2-3 business days. Please understand that some of your items may be shipped seperately due to them coming from different warehouses.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If for some reason you are not satisfied we will offer you a full refund or exchange on your product as long as the item has not been personalized. We will not refund items that have been personalized unless there was a mistake on our part or they were damaged during delivery.
